Our Chickens are cooked with real natural charcoal, the traditional way.
Whole, half or quarter, Campsie Charcoal Chickens have SIZE, they are large and juicy, seasoned and stuffed with our family recipe of herbs and spices, providing a unique and original charcoal chicken taste...
And while people travel far and wide to have our famous stuffed chickens, we still like to throw a few unstuffed chooks on the BBQ, as well as our split chickens, that are served and marinated with our very own home made garlic, chilli and lemon herb sauces.

Our original hot chips are cooked to perfection. The method in which they are cooked has been the same for 20 years.
If you ate our original chips back in 1995, then there’s a pretty big chance they taste the same today!
While we can’t tell you our secret, the result, delicious hot chips with a soft white inside and a crisp golden outside, showered in our own home-style chicken salt.
John and Penny started Campsie Charcoal Chickens back in 1994. Since then the family owned business has grown, as has the family.
By always maintaining our traditional way of cooking charcoal chickens, never changing the style of our original hot chips, the freshness of our salads or friendly service, this has seen us win numerous business awards.
We have now added a modern twist to the place with several new options on our menu such as gourmet salads, rolls, wraps and chicken burgers to go with our newly renovated fit out.
